No motor bearing: the permanent magnet rotor is directly assembled to the extended shaft, so there is no need for the bearing, which avoid the possibility of electric motor bearing fault
Advantages

Stable pressure: the frequency conversion screw compressor takes use of step-less adjustment of convertor to adjust pressure rapidly through the PID adjuster in the controller or convertor. The stability enhanced exponentially compared to the power frequency running max-in switch control.
Energy-saving: even though the other suppliers take various modes to save energy, however, the frequency conversion screw compressor adjust the motor RMP according to the actual air volume, and keep it standby when the air volume is low, which reduce the energy loss substantially. It is notable that different system control modes affect the energy-saving efficiency.
No start inrush: the converter is a soft start device; the max start current is around 2 times of rating current, while the power frequency start current is 6 times of rating current, the inrush is very small. It is not only good for power grid, but also for mechanical system.
Low noise: the running frequency is less than power frequency when the compressor is running stable, the mechanical noise is reduced, also the mechanical worn.
